Sales Executive
Motorway SsangYong, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help us drive sales of our innovative and high-quality vehicles.
Job Description:
- Actively engage with potential customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable SsangYong vehicles.
- Provide professional service to all customers throughout the buying process.
- Demonstrate integrity, sincerity, and courtesy when dealing with customers.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact, cconduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits, to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, actively and professionally resolve customer feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and latest SsangYong vehicles offerings and promotions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain operational standards according to company policies.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, retail sales, service and hospitality industries or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive buying experience.
- Familiarity with SsangYong vehicles is a plus, but not required.
- Valid Class 3 / 3A license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.

Sales Manager – Commercial Electric Vehicles
As the Sales Manager for QingLing Commercial Electric Vehicles, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a sales strategy that establishes QingLing as a leader in Singapore’s growing commercial EV market. You will oversee the entire sales operation, manage a team of sales professionals, and build relationships with business clients interested in adopting electric vehicles for their fleets.
Job Description:
- Lead sales efforts to drive growth for QingLing Commercial Electric Vehicles.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to establish QingLing’s brand in Singapore’s commercial EV market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fleet operators, and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships focused on sustainable transportation.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and post-sale support.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and conferences.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in commercial vehicle industry.
- Familiarity with electric vehicles, particularly in commercial applications, is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Position 3:
Credit Control Officer/ Executive
You will manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments at our automotive dealership. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Executive role.
Job Description:
- Manage Accounts Receivables, including accurate processing of receipts and ensuring customer adherence to contract terms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, providing accurate responses via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- Proactively monitor customer accounts to ensure consistent and timely payments.
- Administer internal credit policies, following up with customers on overdue payments and ensuring recovery in line with guidelines.
- Ensure proper document updates and archiving.
- Address customer queries and requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Handle financing-related disputes and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support, ensuring accurate record-keeping of collections and overdue.
- Manage credit matters in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
- Experience in tracking AR receipts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
- Prior experience in credit control and collections is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Hire Purchase law is an added advantage.
